Excellent oil for emotional support that uplifts the spirit and gives emotional and physical support. It takes a large amount of plant material to produce just a little essential oil, making it one of the most expensive oils to use in blends. However, the benefits you get from it in blends are numerous, and a little can go a long way in creating outstanding and uplifting synergies. Inhalation of essential oil has been found to reduce anxiety and increase immune support(1). Its chemical constituents have potent antibacterial and antifungal properties (2). It is an essential oil that supports and calms the nervous system while supporting and strengthening the immune response.
