    • Day 2: Dive into the culinary heart of Old Delhi with Chef Dr. Rajeev Goyal, a renowned expert in Indian spices and flavours. Take a rickshaw ride through lively lanes to Khari Baoli, Asia’s largest spice market, where the air is filled with the scents of cardamom, cinnamon, and saffron. Visit Gulabchand Johri Mal, a 200-year-old attar (perfume) store, and discover the art of traditional Indian fragrances. End the day with a traditional dinner at Haveli Dharampura, a UNESCO-awarded heritage mansion, where every dish is a celebration of aromas and textures.

    • Day 3: Enjoy a richly immersive, all-day experience at the Blossom Kochhar College of Creative Arts and Design. Led by Blossom Kochhar, a pioneer in aromatherapy, you’ll participate in hands-on workshops, learn about local plants used for aromatherapy, and enjoy a rejuvenating spa treatment using locally sourced essential oils. Lunch will be served at The Tea Room Café, run by Blossom’s daughter, Samantha, where you’ll savour old family recipes in the historic setting of Hauz Khas Village.

    • You also get to spend time in the city on the last day of the trip before you fly back home.
