They’re made from aluminium, one of the most sustainable materials we could choose thanks to its ability to be almost infinitely recycled. It also makes the inhaler both durable and light to carry.
The wick is 100% cotton and easily recycled. It effectively absorbs the oil, so there’s nothing to leak out or spill.
Easy to refill, again and again
You can easily clean each metal part of the inhaler, making it easy to swap between different oil blends. You’ll need a new wick each time you want to switch between different blends or essential oils. Each inhaler comes with a ready-to-use cotton wick.

At its simplest, a personal inhaler is a small pierced container with an inner wick to which you add a few drops of your chosen essential oil. You then open it and inhale the aroma where and when you want or feel the need to.

It’s very easy. Once you’ve added your chosen oil or blend to the cotton wick, then you just unfasten the cover and inhale the aroma.
It’s a discreet design and comes in a range of colours. Slip it into a pocket or bag, and then just open it when you’re ready.

They are very safe to use.
Inhalation is fast and effective with little to no accumulation risk.
When you inhale an aroma, its effect halves about every 35 minutes (the half-life). This is why the accumulation risk in the body is minimal.
But less is always more when it comes to inhalation, and it’s always better not to overwhelm your senses. A couple of deep, controlled breaths over a minute or so is better than constantly breathing the aroma in for several hours.

These are designed for essential oils or essential oil blends. Which one is entirely up to you and what you feel like you need on any particular day.

It’s a good question, but not one with a definite answer, I’m afraid.
The average number of weeks would be around 12 before you would need to top it up. Some blends and oils can last up to two years.
The important thing is to remember to secure the lid tightly each time you’ve opened it and make sure the base is properly screwed in when you first put the cotton wick in.

Wash out with warm, soapy water and rinse well.
Leave to air dry overnight.
Replace your cotton wick with a new one if you are changing the aroma used.

If you are changing the aroma used in your Personal Inhaler, then you need to change the cotton wick itself, as it will contain the scent from the previous blend or oil you used.
If you are using the same blend or oil and topping up your cotton wick, then it will depend.
I would say, depending on the oil or blend used, you can probably reuse your cotton wick at least three more times before it becomes saturated, and you will notice the scent is more “muted” and not as vibrant when you inhale it.
So, as a rule of thumb, check after two uses of the cotton wick, and use your best judgment.
Add 10-20 drops of your choosen Blend or oil directly on the cotton wick. Ensure all sides are covered to get the best result.
Place your cotton wick inside the inner tube of the personal inhaler.
Secure the bottom cover securely to prolong the life of your scent.
