Ultra sonic versus Ultra Nebuliser, what is the difference between the diffuser technology

Know the difference between the diffuser technologies and how it affects the delivery of your essential oil and aromatherapy treatments.

Ultra Nebuliser Diffusion

An exclusive technology that is the best solution on the market for enjoying the benefits of aromatherapy. Unlike ultrasonic diffusers, no added water is necessary, and you can plug in your bottle of aromatherapy oil or blend directly.

The ultra nebuliser releases the natural benefits of essential oils by dispersing the fine microdroplets in the air for hours without overwhelming the room with too much scent. It operates in short bursts intermittently over several hours.

The scent suspended in the air is 100% pure essential oil, allowing you to receive the benefits of the oils in record time.

The two choices available for Ultra Nebulisers are portable and can be taken with you anywhere you need, including outdoors. They can fit the standard 5ml and 10ml bottles available through Yatlina Store and can take pure or blended oils.

A Patented technology.

Thanks to its ultra nebulisation, the essential oil microdroplets are cold-diffused (using the Venturi effect) and retain all their benefits.

User tips for the Ultra Nebuliser diffuser

Only use 100% pure, natural essential oils.

Thick oils such as vetiver, Amyris, patchouli and others may clog the device. If this happens, use a cotton bud with alcohol to clean the mist outlet. If you want to diffuse them, you can mix them with lighter essential oils such as orange or lemon.

Only use essential oils, and blends recommended for diffusion into the air.

  • How to Look after your Ultra Nebuliser diffuser

Using a soaked cotton bud, gently rub the outside of the metallic disc to remove any traces of left-over oils. Repeat, if necessary, with 3 or 4 drops of alcohol in the tank. Clean out and then start a new diffusion.

Please do not use detergent.

  • What precautions to take when using the diffusers

Do not activate the diffuser in the presence of children under three years or pregnant women. We recommend you do it in a child’s room when they are not there and at least 30 minutes before they come in.

If you have pets, make sure they have a way of leaving the room when the diffuser is on since their sense of smell can be much more sensitive.

Ultra Sonic Diffusion

A cute and practical go-anywhere lantern diffuser. It is durable and has adjustable light levels and three operation times (1,2, and 10 hours).

Take it with you where ever you go including outdoors, thanks to its rechargeable battery.

An ultrasonic diffuser is a type of diffuser that uses ultrasonic waves to create a fine mist of essential oils, which is then dispersed into the air. This mist is created by the ultrasonic vibrations breaking up the essential oil into tiny particles, which are then dispersed into the air as a fine mist.

Due to the dilution of the 15 drops (i.e. 1 ml) in 200 ml of water, the mist diffused consists of just 0.5% essential oils. This makes it suitable for more prolonged periods of operation as the droplets will fall to the ground and not linger in the air.
