The oils can be applied to a cotton pad and placed in a clearly labelled jar. You can also use them with the Yatlina Personal inhalers and take your smell training on the go with you where you need it.
The advice is to spend at least 2 mins mindfully sniffing each scent while visualising what it represents and smells of. Repeat this at least twice daily for 30 days before introducing any new fragrances to your collection.
